Official Missouri State D.A.R.E. Training Center DOT Training Notice

  To:    All agencies and officers seeking the two week DARE DOT Training

Ø  Date for the 8th MPCCF DOT will be announced at a later date.

Ø  MPCCF Headquarters is located at 1001 East High Street, Jefferson City, MO

Ø  Class will be limited to the first (24) twenty four candidate applications received

Ø   Fee for the entire DOT is $400 (instate) $700 (out of state)

Ø   Lodging, meals and all training equipment is included into the fee.

 (Lodging will be at the Capital Plaza Hotel - two candidates per room. If you want a private room, the fee will be $300 in addition to the $400 fee for a total of $700 (instate) $1000 (out of state))

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. The first 24 D.A.R.E. Candidate Forms received will be processed. These candidates will be contacted and notified that they have a spot in the class.  They will be sent a schedule, directions and contact information via email or fax (please specify preferred contact method) These spots are not transferable within the department- they are given to a specific candidate.

(FIRST COME FIRST PLACED).

2.     Fill out the D.A.R.E. Candidate Form, Payment Form & Housing Form   

   Fax all 3 forms to (573) 636-6634

Ø     Candidates not making the 24 candidate cut-off will be given right of first refusal for the next DOT. These candidates will be posted.

Ø     Confirmations with directions, lodging, and scheduling info will be sent out via preferred method chosen and also posted on our website at www.mopca.com.
