Early Bird Membership Drive

This is your chance to help strengthen the MPCA. We need the help of all current members as we attempt to recruit 100 new members in 1999. In addition to the personal satisfaction you'll receive from helping your organization to grow and prosper, MPCA's Membership Committee is ready to provide you with recognition in the form of incentives and public appreciation.

These awards will be issued as soon as you qualify.

Grand Prize

For the member who sponsors the most new memberships (at least six) during the Early Bird Campaign; your choice of a getaway weekend in the Lake of the Ozarks area, or the Springfield/Branson area. If you are a golfer, we will include a free round trip for two at one of the quality courses in the area you choose.

Sponsor five new members and earn your choice of one paid registration to the 1999 Missouri Law Enforcement Conference, Springfield, MO, or the 106th IACP Annual Conference, Charlotte NC, or the 1999 FBI National Academy training conference, Seattle WA.
Sponsor three new members and earn one paid tuition for the MPCA training program of your choice during 1999.
Sponsor one new member and earn an exclusive, one of a kind, MPCA embroidered golf shirt (Navy w/gold embroidery).

Rules and Regulations

  1. Applications must be received by close of business April 30, 1999. Winners will be awarded some prizes as they are earned.
  2. Membership renewals do not qualify for this campaign. First time or lapsed members only.
  3. Awards are non-transferable.
  4. Winners of paid tuition for an MPCA training program may select any program offered prior to Dec. 31, 1999. Midstate COPPS Conference is excluded as an eligible program.
  5. The Grand Prize winner will be the member who sponsors the most new members. To be eligible, you must sponsor at least six new members. Only one grand prize will be awarded. In the event of a tie, a drawing will determine the winner.
  6. Decisions made by the MPCA Membership Committee will be final.
