Loss of Membership

For cause, a member may be censured, suspended, expelled, or removed from office.
After being notified, the member has 30 days to request a hearing. The MPCA
Board of Directors will make a final determination.
If a member fails to pay his or her dues within 30 days of the anniversary date of
their last annual payment, such action will be considered cause for suspension or
expulsion from the organization. MPCA will attempt to alert a member to the
fact that payment has not been received before taking action, but continued lack of
response to invoices or letters will result in a member's name being removed from
the MPCA membership roster.
