Our mission



It is the mission of the Foundation to engage in activities that seek to educate and promote quality and professionalism. The foundation seeks to promote education and development of Missouri's youth by way of education programs and services. The foundation fosters standards and development in the area of law enforcement through education and services.

Our history

The Missouri Police Chiefs. Charitable Foundation was formed and incorporated in 1996 as a charitable foundation. It is a not-for-profit 501 C3 corporation which was formed to provide assistance and service to citizens and law enforcement.

What we do

The MPCCF:

  • Is the State of Missouri D.A.R.E. Training Center and develops and monitors new and existing Missouri DARE officers.
  • Under the MPCCF Chiefs for Kids Safety Division provides child safety seats in sizes ranging from safety seats for newborns to booster seats for toddlers. This program is provided free to Missouri children and parents.
  • Created the first and only Missouri-based Law Enforcement Agency Certification Program.
  • Creating the first and only Missouri Command College which is an eleven month command school that awards a master's degree upon its successful completion.
  • Provides a educational scholarship opportunity each year for Missouri young person entering or currently enrolled in college.
  • Provides assistance to the families of fallen officers.
  • Currently, MPCCF Executive Director serves as President of the Missouri State Law Enforcement Memorial Committee.
  • Provides, develops, and delivers assistance to Missouri law enforcement in the areas of training, operational, and administrative related services.

  • Team work

    The MPCCF believes in teamwork and cooperative efforts between citizens and the law enforcement community. It strives and exists to perpetuate training which includes both Missouri citizens, youth, and the law enforcement community.
